Plain-English Summary: If you change your mind about a monthly Premium subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, email us and we'll refund you — no hoops. Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The free trial never charges you, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
1 Overview
CashPulse offers a free tier that never charges you, plus optional paid Premium plans billed monthly or annually. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund if you change your mind about a Premium purchase.
We want you to feel confident trying Premium. If something's not working for you, reach out — we'd rather make it right than keep money from an unhappy customer.
2 7-Day Refund Window (Monthly Plans)
For monthly Premium subscriptions, we offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked, no justification required.
- The 7-day window starts the moment your first charge is successfully processed.
- This applies to your first subscription purchase only, not renewals after the initial period.
- Prorated refunds for partial months are not available after the 7-day window. This is industry standard for monthly SaaS subscriptions — when you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid period and are not billed again.
Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Plans)
If you purchase an annual Premium plan, you get a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, email us for a full refund.
After the 30-day window, annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds. You retain full Premium access for the remainder of your paid year, and the plan will not auto-renew if you cancel before the renewal date.
4 Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial of Premium does not charge your payment method during the trial period. You will only be charged on day 8 if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. We'll send you an email reminder 48 hours before the trial ends so you can decide without surprises.
5 How to Request a Refund
Email support@cash-pulse.app with the following:
- The account email address you used to subscribe.
- The approximate date of your purchase.
- A short note on the reason for the refund (optional, but helpful — it genuinely helps us improve).
Please use the subject line "Refund Request" to help us route your message faster.
6 Processing & Timing
- Response time: We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, bank account, or payment provider.
- Bank posting time: Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Access: If your refund is issued mid-period, Premium access ends on the refund date.
7 Exclusions & Abuse
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) window has passed.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Charges more than 60 days old that were not disputed within a reasonable time.
Repeated or abusive refund requests — for example, repeatedly subscribing, using Premium features, and requesting a refund each time — may be declined, and we reserve the right to block future purchases from the associated account or payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. If those laws grant you stronger rights than the ones described here, those rights apply.
