Last updated: April 2026
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CashPulse (the "Service"), including through our website, web application, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CashPulse ("we", "us", or "our").
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use CashPulse. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2 Service Description
CashPulse is an earnings tracking platform that helps you aggregate, visualise, and analyse income from gig apps, side-hustle platforms, and reward programmes. The Service allows you to:
- Manually log earnings from any source.
- Connect supported platforms (e.g., eBay, PayPal, Swagbucks, Ibotta, Rakuten) via OAuth to automatically import earnings data.
- Connect bank accounts via Plaid to identify incoming payments from gig platforms.
- View analytics including earnings by app, earnings per hour, trends, and comparisons.
- Export your earnings data in CSV or JSON format.
- Access premium features with a paid subscription.
Not financial advice: CashPulse is an informational tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, investment, legal, or accounting advice. Earnings estimates, tips, and projections displayed in the app are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for financial or tax advice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3 User Accounts
Account Creation
To access most features of CashPulse, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported OAuth provider (e.g., Google). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
One Account Per Person
You may register and maintain only one CashPulse account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, earn promotional benefits, or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@cashpulse.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your account information (especially your email address) accurate and up to date. An invalid or unreachable email address may result in your inability to access your account or receive important service notifications.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree to use CashPulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

7 Disclaimer of Warranties
Not financial advice. CashPulse provides earnings tracking and informational analytics only. Earnings estimates, tips, rate calculations, and projections are informational only and do not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. CashPulse is not a financial institution, investment adviser, or tax adviser. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or tax decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- Data fetched from third-party platforms (via OAuth or Plaid) will be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our warranties are limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASHPULSE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or earnings records
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
- Cost of substitute services
arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9 Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:
- Violated any provision of these Terms.
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Compromised the security or integrity of the Service.
- Failed to pay applicable subscription fees.
For less severe violations, we will typically attempt to contact you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action. We will suspend rather than terminate where appropriate and proportionate.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
10 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only, and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in this section limits your rights under those laws.
EU/UK consumers: If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring a dispute before your local courts or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
- Display a prominent notice in the app.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect.
For non-material changes (e.g., clarifications, corrections, changes required by law), we may update the Terms without separate notification beyond updating the date above.
