Community Guidelines
Last updated: April 2026
Plain-English Summary: CashPulse has a community for sharing earnings tips, app reviews, and wins. Keep it helpful, keep it honest. Don't harass people, don't spam, don't scam, don't post illegal stuff. If someone else breaks the rules, tell us and we'll handle it.
1 Where These Rules Apply
These guidelines apply to all user-generated content on CashPulse, including:
- Posts in the #screen-community feed
- Replies and comments on community posts
- Directory reviews and ratings of tracked apps
- App-specific tips and reviews
- Profile display names and bios
- Any other public text or media submitted to the service
Private data (your earnings, notes, and settings) is yours — these guidelines apply only to content visible to other users.
2 Good Community Behaviour
CashPulse works best when people share honest, specific, actionable info about side-hustle apps. A few principles:
- Be specific. "Swagbucks daily poll pays 1 SB every day" is more useful than "Swagbucks is great".
- Be honest. If you had a bad experience with an app, say so. If you had a good one, say that too.
- Be civil. Disagree with ideas, not with people.
- Disclose affiliations. If you work for or earn referral commissions from an app you're posting about, say so.
3 Prohibited Content
The following are not allowed anywhere on CashPulse:
Harassment & Abuse
- Personal attacks, slurs, or targeted harassment of any user.
- Doxxing — posting someone else's private information (real name, address, phone number, employer, etc.) without their consent.
- Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, or content designed to intimidate.
Spam & Manipulation
- Repetitive, off-topic, or low-effort posts designed to drive traffic or manipulate rankings.
- Fake reviews, upvote/downvote brigading, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Excessive self-promotion or posting the same content across many threads.
Fraud & Scams
- Promoting pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing recruiting, "cash flipping" scams, or get-rich-quick offers.
- Posts claiming earnings that are fabricated or misrepresented.
- Phishing links, credential harvesters, or any attempt to defraud other users.
Illegal Content
- Anything that violates applicable law, including content related to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud.
- Instructions for illegal activities (e.g., gaming reward-app policies in violation of their terms of service).
- Content that infringes intellectual property — see our DMCA Policy.
Impersonation
- Pretending to be another user, a public figure, a CashPulse employee, or a representative of another company.
- Using misleading display names or profile images to deceive other users.
Selling Services & Solicitation
- Using CashPulse as a marketplace to sell services, recruit workers, or advertise outside offerings.
- Unsolicited direct messages promoting external services.
- Referral-link spam (occasional, relevant referral links are fine; flooding the feed is not).
NSFW & Explicit Content
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material.
- Graphic violence, gore, or shock content.
- Content that glorifies self-harm or substance abuse.
Zero-tolerance categories: content involving minors in a sexual context, credible threats of violence, or doxxing will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement.
4 Reporting Violations
You can report content that violates these guidelines in two ways:
- In-app: use the Report button on the post, reply, or review.
- Email: support@cash-pulse.app with subject line "Community Report" and a link to the content.
Response SLA: we aim to review and act on community reports within 48 hours. Urgent reports (threats, doxxing, CSAM) are prioritised.
5 Consequences
We apply consequences proportionate to the severity and history of the violation. The typical escalation is:
- Warning — for first-time minor violations. We'll email you to explain what went wrong.
- Temporary ban — usually 7–30 days. Posting privileges are suspended; you can still use the rest of CashPulse.
- Permanent ban — for repeated or severe violations. Account access is terminated.
We may skip earlier steps for serious violations (threats, doxxing, fraud, illegal content). Content that clearly violates these rules is removed immediately, regardless of which step applies.
6 Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was wrong, you can appeal by emailing support@cash-pulse.app with subject line "Moderation Appeal". Include:
- Your account email.
- The content or action you're appealing.
- Why you believe it was handled incorrectly.
We'll review the appeal and respond within 5 business days. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original moderator where possible.
7 Contact
