End User License Agreement
Last updated: April 2026
Plain-English Summary: You get permission to use the CashPulse web app, Chrome extension, and mobile apps for personal, non-commercial tracking of your earnings. You can't reverse-engineer it, resell it, or redistribute it. This permission goes away if you break the rules.
1 Scope of This Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CashPulse governing your installation and use of the CashPulse software, including:
- The CashPulse web application at cash-pulse.app.
- The CashPulse Chrome extension.
- The CashPulse Android app.
- The CashPulse iOS app (when available).
- Any associated documentation, assets, updates, or companion tools.
By installing, accessing, or using any of these, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
2 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, CashPulse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the CashPulse service.
This license is granted per-user and does not confer ownership of the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CashPulse.
3 Restrictions
You may not, and you may not permit anyone else to:
- Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the software (except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
- Modify — alter, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software.
- Redistribute — copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the software to any third party.
- Commercial resale — use the software as part of a paid service you offer to others, or include it in a commercial product.
- Remove notices — remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
- Circumvent limits — bypass any technical protections, usage limits, or access controls.
- Illegal use — use the software to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
4 Open-Source Components
The CashPulse software includes third-party open-source components, each licensed under its own terms (typically MIT, Apache 2.0, or similar permissive licenses). To the extent those licenses conflict with this EULA, the open-source licenses govern the applicable component.
A list of the open-source components we use, together with their licenses, is available on our Credits page.
5 Updates & Changes
CashPulse may release updates, patches, or new versions of the software from time to time. Updates may be delivered automatically (especially for the web app and extension). Updates are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.
We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion with reasonable notice.
6 Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this EULA or our Terms of Service. Upon termination you must:
- Stop using the software.
- Uninstall or remove all copies of the software from devices under your control.
Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property rights, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
7 Warranty Disclaimer & Liability
No warranties. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashPulse disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this EULA limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud).
